A rcadia Construction Enterprise was founded in 2013 after the owner graduated from Michigan State University with a B.S. in Construction Management. It didn’t take long before Arcadia Construction managed the production of over 100 homes!
In 2017 things started slowing down. Arcadia's website was crashing and taking a long time to load. As part of a New Year's resolution, the owner decided that 2018 will be the year they'll rebrand, build a new website, and give online marketing a shot.

Because the majority of Arcadia’s work was previously done through referrals, they weren’t hedged against slower months. Not to mention, their website was making it difficult for potential clients to reach out and book a consultation.

After launching the ad campaigns, building up Arcadia’s reviews via email marketing to past clients, we were able to get Arcadia listed on the 1st page of Google AND within 2 months Arcadia got booked out for the remainder of 2018!
We targeted keywords associated with General Contracting and developed a layered audience to ensure that our ads were being shown only to potential customers. Our Paid Search Advertising team then developed an integrated marketing strategy to put Arcadia Construction as the construction subject matter expert in the Austin, Texas area.
